Culinary Aspirations is an exciting enigma of cake baking and producer of savoury delights.

We aspire to reproduce some of the cakes of bygone eras, for all generations to sample and appreciate long established cake recipes, to be enjoyed by family and friends, together with up-to-date cakes, using seasonal fruit, to tempt our visitors still further. Cakes can be bought in slices or as a whole. We also keep cake sponges and fillings should a customer require a special occasion cake, or to take away and make up to suit your own taste.

At weekends you will sometimes find a fresh cream gateau and delicious hot & cold desserts. Desserts can be ordered for a home dinner party or to give as a gift.

We are especially proud of our Deluxe Cream Teas, which are very popular, given as a voucher for a special occasion or present. Details of this are given separately.

We also make a variety of savoury dishes, for example, quiches, Cornish pasties, toasties and so much more, as a light or takeaway lunch. Also on offer are various hot dishes and weekly specials.
